This Privacy Policy applies to CL-D (the “App”), provided by Beomjun Kang (the “Service Provider”).
1. Information We Store
The App does not offer account registration and does not collect or transmit directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number to the Service Provider.
The following information you create is stored on your device to provide the App’s features:
- Climbing records, favorite gyms, notes, and app settings
- Photos you select or take to attach to a climbing record
The Service Provider does not transmit or retain this information on a separate server.
2. Location and Device Permissions
- The App may request access to your current location to find nearby gyms and show distances. Location is used on your device for that feature and is not stored as location history or sent to the Service Provider’s server.
- The App may request camera or photo-library access when you attach a photo to a climbing record. Selected photos are kept in the App’s local storage on your device.
- You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Declining a permission may limit the related feature.
3. Third Parties and External Pages
The App does not use third-party SDKs for advertising, behavioral analytics, or crash analytics. It may display external web pages when you open the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. The hosting provider of those pages may process technical connection information, such as an IP address, under its own policy.
4. Retention and Deletion
App data and attached photos remain on your device. You can use the App’s data-reset feature or delete the App to remove locally stored data. You are responsible for keeping separate copies of important records, including when changing devices, losing a device, experiencing device failure, or deleting the App.
5. Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
6. Changes and Contact
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page.
