The App is a lifestyle app that provides daily color recommendations and photo-based journaling. The service is provided free of charge, and features may be added or changed without prior notice.
2. Your content and data
- Photos and records you create in the App are stored on your device. You own them and are responsible for managing them.
- The developer is not liable for data loss caused by device replacement, app deletion, or device failure. Please back up important records separately.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App without authorization
- Interfere with the normal operation of the App
- Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, logo, and content, belong to the developer.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will announce the changes on this page. Continued use of the App after the announcement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
