These Terms govern your use of Closetimo (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
The App provides a personal wardrobe, wear records, laundry management, and related statistics. The Service Provider may add, change, or discontinue features.
2. Your Data
Clothing details, photos, and wear and wash records are stored on your device, and you are responsible for managing them. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not responsible for data loss caused by changing devices, loss, device failure, or deleting the App.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute the App without authorization; interfere with its normal operation; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
Rights in the App’s software, design, logo, and content belong to the Service Provider or their respective owners. The App is provided “as is,” and, to the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
