This Privacy Policy applies to DevLingo (the “App”), provided by Beomjun Kang (the “Service Provider”).
1. Information We Store
The App does not offer accounts or registration and does not collect or transmit directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number to the Service Provider.
Learning progress, session results, saved words, achievements, app language, and other learning preferences are stored on your device to provide the App’s features. The Service Provider does not transmit or retain this information on a separate server.
2. Third-Party Services and Permissions
The App does not use SDKs for advertising, analytics, or crash reporting. It does not request sensitive device permissions such as camera, photos, location, or contacts.
3. Retention and Deletion
Learning data remains on your device. You can reset learning history through the App’s data-management feature or delete the App to remove locally stored data. You are responsible for keeping separate copies of important information when changing devices, losing a device, experiencing device failure, or deleting the App.
4. Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
5. Changes and Contact
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page.
