These Terms govern your use of DevLingo (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
The App provides courses, repeatable training, a word list, and progress features for practical IT English. The Service Provider may add, change, or discontinue features.
2. Content and Data
Rights in the App’s learning content and design belong to the Service Provider or their respective owners. Progress and preferences are stored on your device. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not responsible for data loss caused by changing devices, loss, device failure, or deleting the App.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute the App without authorization; interfere with its normal operation; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
